It brings along
Adorable sights and smells
Lovely childhood memories
All bathed, all green with
Puddles on muddy streets
Street vendors selling
Snacks and sweets
Air full of flavor
of samosas and challis
Or pakoras cooked at home

An evening tea extra sweet,
Spiced with ginger and Tulsi
When it rains
